This is how easy StreamSync works: A transmission can for example be carried out like this: A speaker or teacher is filmed by the video camera. During the broadcast the computer is used to show clarifying images and text. Examples of presentation softwares are: PowerPoint, Acrobat, websites, calculation pages and photo viewing softwares.   StreamSync takes care of the signals, synchronizes them and adapt the material so it can be webcasted.      The broadcast can be shown live on the website and at the same time recorded to be shown at any time. No post-production is needed. This is how a broadcast works, technically: A video encoder with StreamSync installed in the computer converts the video signal to a format suitable for the Internet. The synchronizing with text and images also takes place here.   A streaming server makes the signal available to the vast internet audience.   Thereafter a web server makes everything accessible via the Internet.You can either have one of your own or turn to a web hotel. The software consists of three parts: StreamSync Capture makes screenshots. StreamSync Encoder synchronizes images and texts with video and creates a streaming signal. StreamSync Producer where you plan the broadcast and determine what should be displayed. This is what you need: The only equipment you need to make your own multimedia production via the Internet is a computer with Windows 2000 or Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6 and a video camera. StreamSync is installed on the computer.
